However, at the same time many struggle with the decision of whether to go to college when facing the confusion of which college, which major, and the rapidly increasing rate of tuition. The best way to lessen the stress and financial burden is to help students design a plan. Once they have a better idea of what they want out of college it is not nearly as stressful (because they know what they want) and costly (with a plan they are more likely to get through in the appropriate amount of time). It is also important for students to realize that college is a financial investment and should be treated as such.
